Congratulations to the Florence Wild for their
recent 1st place finish in the “12th
Annual Girls & Boys Tournament” in Cherry Hill. The Wild
finished with a 3 -0 record to capture the U11 boys Gold bracket.
The Wild scored victories over Bordentown, 5 -1; the Atlantic City
Soccer Factory, 3-2; and Cherry Hill, 4-1. The Wild were paced
by solid keeper play from both Evan C. – 2 wins – and John P. - 1
win. The defense was as solid as a wall with very strong play
from TJ, Jack B., Matt W., and Zach N. The offense proved the
Wild are a strong and balanced team by having 9 different players
hitting the back of the net – Jules F. (2); Rotimi A. (2), John P.
(2); Jacson G., Joey M.; Timmy O., Hunter S., Ryan G., and Nick H.
The Wild would like to thank their parents and
fans for their outstanding support during the tournament and the
recent spring season.
